Did you know that Self-Care is not Selfish?

How do you start your day? Do you wake up with a spirit of gratitude? Life is a journey. However, the journey does not have to be unpleasant! Each new morning that you are able to open your eyes and use your limbs comes with plenty of gratitude and gratefulness! You should take five minutes of your morning to reflect on the goodness and mercy that was gifted to you with seeing a new day! Journaling is part of Self-Care! Be intentional about your Self-Care!Write in your journal the first five words that come to mind during your reflection. Truly hash out the feelings connected to those five words whether good or bad. For the feelings that are good, think of ways to make them better. For the ones that are bad, dive a little deeper to gain better clarity of why and what could have been done differently.


"Just remember Self-Care is not Selfish but it is a Requirement"!
